A GPS navigation app designed for bus drivers

My Bus Driver GPS Companion is an Android app that guides bus drivers turn by turn along their exact route, shows every stop on the map and tells them at each stop whether they are early, on time or late. It is built automatically from the operator's GTFS timetable data, so it follows the official route of each trip, where a consumer GPS looks for the fastest road.

A companion website replaces paper route booklets: every route, stop and turn-by-turn step of the network is available on an interactive map, for all drivers. Bus and coach operators and public transport agencies use it to train new drivers faster, cover absences with drivers from other depots, manage detours and run rail replacement and special event services.

It works on standard Android devices, offline, on any network with a GTFS feed, anywhere in the world. How does it compare with Google Maps or Waze?
